- 2 cup self raising flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 195grams condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Description
Super easy and tasty 5 ingredient cookies.
Makes about 15-20 cookies depending on how big you make them.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Cream the butter and sugar (mix butter and sugar together until mixture is pale yellow and fluffy)
Step 2 of 6
Preheat oven to 175°C (fan forced)
Line tray with baking paper.
Step 3 of 6
Add condensed milk, mix until smooth.
Step 4 of 6
Slowly add in flour, mix until combined.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Step 5 of 6
Roll cookie dough into golf sized balls and place onto baking tray.
Use back of a fork to flatten the balls.
Step 6 of 6
Place in oven and bake for:
8-11 minutes for soft cookies
12-18 minutes for crunchy cookies
Allow to cool for 10minutes.
