Try this simple chocolate chip cookie recipe. They may be easy but they’re irresistible — they won’t last long!

Method

Step 1 of 5

Mix butter and sugar until fluffy and creamy. I use an electric mixer.

Step 2 of 5

Add 1 egg and mix. Sift flour and add to butter mixture.

Step 3 of 5

Add chocolate chips and mix together until well combined. Roll into small balls, using one tablespoon of dough for each cookie.

Step 4 of 5

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Place cookie balls on the tray and gently press down. The mixture should make roughly about 25 cookies.

Step 5 of 5

Bake on 150ºC (fan forced) for about 15-20 mins.
