Instruction tip
You can add food colouring to the dough to make them more fun.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Cream butter with an electric mixer on low speed for around 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and beat until combined. *If making vanilla flavoured cookies, add vanilla extract with condensed milk.

Step 2 of 5

Sift in flour and beat until it forms a soft dough. *If making chocolate flavoured cookies, sift in cocoa powder with the flour.

Step 3 of 5

Roll the mixture into teaspoon sized balls, then roll the balls into sprinkles to cover. Place balls into a plate/tray lined with baking paper and refrigerate for an hour.

Step 4 of 5

Preheat oven to 160°C. Put balls on to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 12 minutes. *Adjust baking time if making bigger or smaller cookies.

Step 5 of 5

Let cool on the tray for a few minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
