Step 1 of 4
Cheese ball recipe: Smash boiled potatoes and add grated carrot, sweet corn, green peas, salt, chilli powder, pepper powder, broccoli, cheese. - roll into balls (see photo for approx size).
Step 2 of 4
To make balls dip the mixture in corn flour, then water and then roll in bread crumbs.
Step 3 of 4
Keep the veggie cheese balls in the fridge for 20 to 30 min to set. You can store them in fridge for 2-3 days if you avoid using cheese in the balls.
Step 4 of 4
Fry the balls in a little oil on medium heat in a saucepan. Flip the balls periodically not to over burn. Voila yummy cheese veggie balls ready.
