- 3 cup self-raising flour
- 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine flour, parmesan and 2 tsp salt in a bowl. Stir in parsley, reserving about 1 tbs. Add yoghurt, oil and garlic and stir to form a soft dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead briefly until smooth. Divide dough into 12 even pieces and shape into balls.

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a 22cm-base ovenproof frying pan or baking tin with non-stick baking paper.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange dough balls into prepared pan, fitting them in snugly. Brush tops with whisked egg and sprinkle with tasty cheese and reserved parsley. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
