- 125grams butter, softened (or margarine)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1teaspoons tuscan seasoning
- 1teaspoons french mustard
- 1teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 dollop minced garlic

You can vary the types of herbs and mustards you use to suit yourself. I just love the wide range of warm tasty bread you can make.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Slice bread stick diagonally into thin rounds. Be careful not to cut right through to the bottom of the rounds as you don't want the butter to leak out if possible
Step 2 of 3
Combine all ingredients and spread them between each slice of bread. Wrap the bread stick securely in foil.
Step 3 of 3
You can choose whether you want to bake in the oven at 180°C for approx 15 minutes or heat on one side of the BBQ (not in the centre as this would be too hot)
