  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 2teaspoons salt

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 240°C. Grease a large baking tray. Place flour and salt into a large bowl and stir. Add yoghurt and oil. Stir until a soft dough forms. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, working in extra flour if needed, until no longer sticky.

Step 2 of 2

Roll dough out until large enough to line prepared tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until dough is golden and crisp.
