Description
Using the fresh ricotta I made with other items I had on hand.
Instruction tip
Can use other leftover ingredients. Like the massive ham that I had. I diced some up and pan fried a little and sprinkled over the top of my husband's pizza.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat the oven.
Mix the butter, oil and garlic together and spread all over the pizza base.
Step 2 of 4
Top with mozzarella, diced tomato, crumbled ricotta. Sprinkle some sea salt over the top. Put in to the oven for 10 to 15 min.
Step 3 of 4
Make basil oil. Pop basil and oil into a small mixer and blitz.
Step 4 of 4
Take pizza out of the oven and drizzle the basil oil over the top.
Slice and enjoy.
