Description
A great way to use leftovers, I had rice, bacon and vegetables all leftover, so put them to good use.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat pie maker.
Step 2 of 4
Mix together all ingredients, ensuring egg is thoroughly mixed through. You need to make sure the egg don't just sit at the bottom of the bowl.
Step 3 of 4
Spray pie maker with oil and heat for another minute.
Step 4 of 4
Place a big heaped 1/2 cup measure into each hole, and bake for around 10 minutes. Each pie maker may be different so you are looking for a nice deep golden crisp bottom. Gently lift, and flip over to other side for another 8 or so minutes til golden.
