- 2 packets 2 minute noodles (any flavour you like)
- 6 eggs
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 cups frozen peas, corn capsicum (defrosted)
- 3/4 cups grated tasty cheese
- 1/4teaspoons salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1teaspoons onion powder
- 1teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4teaspoons chilli flakes (optional, to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook noodles following packet instructions. I used the seasoning sachets when cooking the noodles, but you can use one to cook noodles and one to add to the mixture. Cut noodles into small lengths. I break them up while in their bag before cooking.
Step 2 of 3
Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the frozen veg, carrots, cheese, garlic & onion powder, salt, pepper and noodles. Stir until well combined.
Step 3 of 3
Preheat your pie maker. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into each hole. Close lid and cook for 8 minutes on one side, then carefully flip and cook the other side for about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack, and continue with remaining mixture. Making sure to thoroughly mix each time to get a bit of everything in each cup.
