  • 2tablespoons self-raising flour
  • 60milliliter Devondale Full Cream Long Life Milk
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cup grated pumpkin, firmly packed
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 1/2 cup Devondale Colby cheese, shredded
  • 1 pinch black pepper, to taste (to taste)
  • 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 pinch pink salt ground, to taste

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 20x20cm ceramic baking dish or non-stick cake tin with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a large bowl and stir to combine evenly.

Step 3 of 3

Pour mixture into prepared tin and stud with cherry tomato halves. Bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes or until golden and set. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
