- 1/2teaspoons vegeta
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Pinch pepper
- 1tablespoons oil

Method
Step 1 of 7
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Step 2 of 7
In a frying pan, heat oil and saute onion, garlic and bacon. Once cooked, set aside.
Step 3 of 7
In a large bowl, add the grated zucchini, grated broccoli stalk, grated carrot, diced mushrooms, grated cheese, flour, pepper, onion/bacon mix and the egg mix. Combine well.
Step 4 of 7
Crack the eggs in a bowl, add the Vegeta and whisk. Set aside.
Step 5 of 7
Use a 35cm x 22cm large rectangular glass dish, and spray with oil. Pour the mixture in the dish.
Step 6 of 7
Place dish in the cook and cook for 40 mins at 175°C.
Step 7 of 7
Serve with a salad and enjoy!
