  • 2packets Maggi 2-minute noodles chicken

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Cook Maggi 2-minute noodles chicken according to packet directions (do not add flavour sachet at this stage); drain. Add to a large bowl with flavour sachet, zucchini, carrot, onion, eggs and ¾ cup (90g) of the cheese; mix well.

Step 3 of 3

Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
