Description

Adding a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice gives these feta and spinach triangles great flavour and this is my secret ingredient

Method

Step 1 of 7

Preheat oven to 210 degrees

Step 2 of 7

Get all your ingredients.

Step 3 of 7

Add all ingredients into a bowl and give a good mix around. You can add as much feta or as little as you like.

Step 4 of 7

Next it's time to add your ingredients to the filo pastry. You can make triangles or spring rolls it's really up to you.

Step 5 of 7

Once rolled or folded for triangles brush with some melted butter.

Step 6 of 7

Place in oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or the colour that you like them cooked.

Step 7 of 7

These are lovely and filling on their own or perfect with a nice side salad. And lastly enjoy!
