- 2 gherkins, finely chopped

- 1 lebanese cucumber, cut into sticks (to serve)
- 1/4 cup continental parsley, leaves chopped
- 2teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 125grams vintage tasty cheese, grated
- 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
- 125grams light cream cheese
- 200grams lavosh crackers (to serve)
- 2tablespoons chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, cut into sticks (to serve)
- 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine cream cheese, tasty cheese, gherkins, half the parsley, half the chives and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2 of 3
Combine remaining parsley, remaining chives and walnuts in a bowl. Roll the cheese mixture into a ball. Coat cheese ball in walnut mixture, gently press on. Transfer to a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until required.
Step 3 of 3
Serve cheese ball on a platter with crackers and vegetable sticks.
