  • 150grams rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Macro date syrup
  • 3/4teaspoons Macro xanthan gum
  • 2tablespoons Macro Organic brown flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup Macro almond milk

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 20x20x5cm square baking tin with baking paper. In a small bowl combine flaxseed meal with 6 tbs warm water, then let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared baking tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
