Description

Flame kissed moist and flaky Cajun salmon has the perfect little kick of heat to spice up dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat the grill to medium heat for 10 minutes. Pat the salmon dry using kitchen towel, brush each filet with olive oil before coating the fish with Cajun seasoning.

Step 2 of 6

Mix the melted butter, honey and herbs together keeping the butter warm until ready to use.

Step 3 of 6

Coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray, add the salmon to the barbecue flesh side down.

Step 4 of 6

Cook each side for 6-8 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are, giving the salmon a quarter turn half way through cooking each side.

Step 5 of 6

Brush the flesh with some of the honey and herb butter during the last few minutes of grilling.

Step 6 of 6

Add the grilled salmon to a plate pouring the honey butter overtop with a wedge of lemon on the side.
