Description
Quick cooking salmon in parchment in the microwave ensures it is perfectly steamed every time.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Lay 4 squares of parchment out on a work surface and place a salmon fillet on the middle of each. Top with a dash of butter, leeks, peas and creme fraiche.
Step 2 of 3
Roll each piece of parchment up into a parcel. Cook in batches in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Serve the salmon in parchment with fresh parsley on top and a lemon wedge on the side.
