Description
This simple salmon dish with punchy lemon and caper salsa makes an elegant main course served with baby potatoes and salad.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Brush the salmon fillets with a little bit of oil, place skin side down on a lined baking tray and cook under a hot grill for 6-7 minutes.
Step 2 of 2
Mix the lemon juice and zest, olive oil, capers, parsley and cracked black pepper in a large bowl. Serve with the salmon fillets.
