- 200grams tenderstem broccoli
- 200grams asparagus, trimmed
- 4 large salmon fillets, skinless, boneless
- 4tablespoons pesto
Description
This 4 ingredient pesto salmon and greens recipe is perfect for a speedy and tasty midweek dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place the green vegetables in a baking dish in a single layer and drizzle with a little water.
Step 2 of 3
Place the salmon fillets on top and spread the top of each with pesto. Dot any remaining pesto on the greens.
Step 3 of 3
Bake for 13-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
