- 1 medium Granny Smith apple (grated)
- 1/3 cup carrot (grated)
- 500grams chicken mince
- 1/2 cup microwave long grain white rice
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine chicken mince, apple, carrot, dill, garlic and egg in a medium bowl. Using your hands form into 10 patties.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Meanwhile, heat rice following packet directions.
Step 3 of 3
Add rice and some water. Allow to cool before puréeing to desired consistency for baby’s developmental age and serving. Serves 10 baby portions
