Description

This is an updated yet simple potato side dish for your Sunday roast.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Layer the sliced potatoes, sliced onions and chopped sage alternatively in a baking dish. Pour over the stock and top with parmesan cheese.

Step 2 of 2

Distribute the butter on top of the dish. Bake for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are soft and cooked through. Serve with butter.
