Description

A kosher potato kusher recipe that is chewy and lightly seasoned.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Peel and grate the potatoes and drain the excess liquid from them using a muslin cloth.

Step 2 of 3

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat lightly with the oil, seasoning, herbs and spices and combine fully. Sift in the flour incremently.

Step 3 of 3

Add the thinly sliced onions and drained grated potato and combine fully. Empty the contents into a baking dish and bake for 60 minutes before serving.
