Method
Step 1 of 6
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees (fan forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2 of 6
Separate 4 puff pastry sheets and lay on bench to thaw at room temperature. If they aren't thawed, they will break when you roll them.
Step 3 of 6
Combine mince, eggs, onion, carrots, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce (optional) and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Mix until well combined.
Step 4 of 6
Cut puff pastry sheets in half. Place the beef mixture in the shape of a sausage along the edge of the pastry sheet. Slowly roll up pastry sheet and enclose the sausage mixture. Repeat for all 4 puff pastry sheets.
Step 5 of 6
Cut the pastry sheets into quarters (or whatever size you prefer!) and place seam side down evenly on the baking tray. Brush the tops with milk.
Step 6 of 6
Cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 20-25 min. Serve with sweet chilli and tomato sauce - or whatever sauce you like.
