- 3 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 carrot, finely grated
- 1/2 cup mint, chopped
- 1 small onion, grated
- 500grams lamb mince
- 1teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (or relish, to serve)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (day-old)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 210°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Combine mince, breadcrumbs, onion, carrot, mint, sauce and half of the egg in a bowl. Season with salt flakes and pepper and mix well. Divide mince mixture into 6 equal portions and roll into a sausage shape the same length as the pastry.

Place pastry sheets on a clean work surface. Cut in half. Place one portion of mince along one edge. Brush other edge with remaining egg. Roll pastry and mince over and press to seal. Cut each roll in half, or into smaller rolls, as desired. Brush tops with egg and place on trays. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve with tomato sauce or relish.
