- 250grams pork mince
- 1 1/2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup WW packet seasoned stuffing
- 1/2 cup water

Description
Another leftovers recipe. In this case the stuffing mix (mixed up too much for the roast chook) , pastry sheets.
Method
Step 1 of 8
Mix pork mince with stuffing and roll into a long shape to suit the puff pastry.
Step 2 of 8
Fold over pastry slice to make a long sausage roll and crimp with a fork. Glaze each roll with the as much of the remaining whisked egg as you need and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 3 of 8
Cut each log into small sausage rolls about 3-4 cm each. Place on baking paper. Snip the top of each sausage roll with scissors to make a small air vent.

Cook approx 20 minutes until golden brown.

Defrost puff pastry sheets.
Step 6 of 8
Mix water with WW seasoned stuffing mix.

Heat oven to 180°C and place a sheet of baking paper on baking side.

Whisk 1 whole egg and use a pastry brush to run a line along one side of pastry slice to act as a glue.
