  • sweet chilli sauce
  • turkey
  • sheets filo pastry
  • sesame seeds
  • 2tablespoons olive oil (to coat pastry)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place 1 sheet of filo pastry onto a flat surface. Spray with olive oil. Fold in half, so short edges meet.

Step 2 of 3

Place half of the reserved turkey mixture at one end, leaving a 6cm border on each side. Fold sides over filling and roll up to form a sausage shape. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Step 3 of 3

Repeat with a second filo sheet and remaining turkey mixture. Spray with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until pastry is golden and crisp. Cool. Place into an airtight container with a small tub of sweet chilli sauce.
