- 500grams chicken mince or 50/50 pork and chicken
- 1 onion , finely chopped
- 1 carrot , grated
- 1 clove garlic , crushed
- 2 zucchinis finely grated
- 2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 3 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds

Description
Add some Thai curry flavours to your sausage roll for an extra twist of taste.

Method
Step 1 of 7
Lay the pastry out to defrost.
Step 2 of 7
Place the chicken, onion, carrot, zucchini, garlic, coriander, bread crumbs, salt and pepper into a food processor. Blitz until combined.
Step 3 of 7
Cut the pastry sheets in half and divide the chicken mix between the 6 pieces.
Step 4 of 7
Place and roll the chicken in the pastry and seal the edges.
Step 5 of 7
Brush the rolls with beaten egg wash, sprinkle the sausage rolls with the sesame seeds.
Step 6 of 7
Brush with the milk and beaten egg egg wash.
Step 7 of 7
Bake in the oven for 45 mins at 190 degrees. I served with my sausage rolls with a coriander and yoghurt dipping sauce.
This is just a base idea. You could go crazy and make Chinese, Indian or Tandoori sausage rolls. One thing that would be so nice is BBQ cooked onions combined into the sausage roll mix before cooking.
