Method

Step 1 of 5

Cover the dough and rest for at least an hour. The dough should rise.

Step 2 of 5

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except water. Slowly add the hot water and make a dough.

Step 3 of 5

Divide the dough into 6 portions. Roll the dough.

Step 4 of 5

Heat a pan and cook the naan, turning mid way.

Step 5 of 5

Season the naan with garlic butter.
