- 3 cups corn flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2tablespoons herb and garlic seasoning
- 2tablespoons olive oil, for frying (or butter)

Method
Step 1 of 5
In a ziplock bag add corn flakes and seasoning. Crush mixture to desired texture.
Step 2 of 5
Once you have crushed the corn flakes add to a bowl or plate (whichever you'd prefer).
Step 3 of 5
Place flour in to a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
Step 4 of 5
Cover tenderloin in flour, dip in egg, then coat in corn flake mix and set aside on a plate. Repeat with the remaining tenderloins.
Step 5 of 5
Once you have coated all tenderloins cook in fry pan with either butter or oil until cooked through.
