  • 250grams chicken skin
  • bottle ponzu sauce

Description

Crispy chicken crackling will have you coming back for more.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Dry chicken skin with paper towel.

Step 2 of 5

Season to taste.

Step 3 of 5

Put in frypan fat side down on a medium heat and allow fat to rend off. You will need to remove the fat as it rends either sop it up with a paper towel or reserve for future use with roast veggies.

Step 4 of 5

When fat stops rending off turn chicken skin. Cook till golden brown.

Step 5 of 5

Serve with Ponzu Sauce garnish with whatever you like or just eat it down fast.
