  • 1/2 chorizo, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup blue swimmer crab meat
  • 2tablespoons parsley leaves, to garnish
  • 2tablespoons herb whole egg mayonnaise
  • 85grams petite vol-au-vents

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a plate with paper towel.

Step 2 of 5

Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook chorizo for 5 minutes, stirring, or until evenly browned and crisp. Transfer to plate to cool.

Step 3 of 5

Meanwhile, mix crab meat and mayonnaise together in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 4 of 5

Place vol-au-vents on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes or until warmed through.

Step 5 of 5

Spoon crab mixture into warm cases. Top each with a little chorizo and garnish with parsley.
