  • 6 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
  • 600grams pork mince
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Step 2 of 5

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Mix pork mince, vegetables, garlic and egg together and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 of 5

Cut each pastry sheet in half. Form 1/2 cup amounts into a long sausage shape and place onto one edge of each sheet of pastry. Roll up to enclose.

Step 4 of 5

Glaze outside of pastry with egg wash. Cut into small bite-sized pieces (5-6 per roll) and place onto trays.

Step 5 of 5

Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
