  • 600grams Woolworths COOK classic beef sausage rolls with poppy seed topping
  • 1 free range egg
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup tomato relish

Description

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 2

Remove sausage rolls from packaging and cut each roll into 4 slices. Arrange slices, almost touching, in a pinwheel shape. Brush tops and sides with egg. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Sprinkled with parsley and serve with tomato relish.
