- 1teaspoons garlic powder
- 2teaspoons onion powder
- 1teaspoons oregano
- 500grams beef mince
- 1 large egg
- 1tablespoons wholegrain mustard

Description
These baked rissoles are packed with a variety of veggies and replace breadcrumbs with oats.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place the grated vegetables in a large bowl and mix in the oats, garlic and onion powder and oregano.
Step 2 of 4
Add the beef mince, egg and mustard and mix well with your hands to combine.
Step 3 of 4
Scoop the mix into golf ball sized rounds and flatten to form patties. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Serve with salad, bread and sauce of your choice.
