  • 1 Campbell's Canned Soup Tomato Condensed
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 brown onion (chopped)
  • 200grams button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1kilograms potatoes (quartered)
  • 800grams lean beef mince
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 2teaspoons garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 cup tasty cheese shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2 of 5

Bring potatoes to the boil, reduce heat & simmer for 10-15 mins, until soft.

Step 3 of 5

Meanwhile heat oil in a fry pan. Cook onion for 2 mins. Add mushrooms, cook for 2-3 mins until softened.

Step 4 of 5

Add garlic and mince, cook for 5-8 mins until browned. Stir in peas & Campbells Soup. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Spoon into a 2 litre (8 cup) casserole/baking dish.

Step 5 of 5

Drain potatoes, mash then add milk & stir until smooth & creamy. Spread over meat mixture. Top with cheese & bake for 15- 20 mins or until golden brown.
