  • 750grams potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 500grams mushrooms flat large
  • 1tablespoons oil
  • 55grams tomato simmer soup
  • 500grams beef mince
  • 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
  • 2 cup green beans, steamed (to serve )

Method

Step 1 of 4

Boil potatoes until tender. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan or frying pan and brown onion, carrot, mushrooms and mince.

Step 2 of 4

Add Soup Mix and water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until carrots are tender. Transfer to a large baking dish.

Step 3 of 4

Drain potatoes then mash with milk and butter. Spread over mince mixture and top with cheese. Brown under a preheated grill until cheese is melted and golden.

Step 4 of 4

Serve with steamed green beans.
