  • 50grams butter, soft
  • 300grams chunky mixed vegetables
  • 3/4 cup onion, frozen diced
  • 29grams traditional gravy mix (sachet)
  • 600grams frozen mashed potatoes
  • 6 lamb, mint & rosemary sausages

Method

Step 1 of 7

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Pan fry sausages in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 10 minutes until golden. Remove from pan, cool slightly and slice.

Step 2 of 7

Reheat pan and cook frozen diced onion for 1 minute until golden.

Step 3 of 7

Add mixed vegetables, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4 of 7

Meanwhile, make gravy according to packet instructions.

Step 5 of 7

Return sausages to pan, add gravy and stir to combine. Transfer to a 6-cup ovenproof dish and place onto a baking tray.

Step 6 of 7

Place frozen mashed potato into a microwave safe dish and heat for 4 minutes. Add butter and mix in until smooth.

Step 7 of 7

Pile onto filling and swirl surface. Bake for 50 minutes until golden.
