- 1packets Continental Cheesy Instant Potato Mash
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 500grams extra lean beef mince
- 2 cups carrots, peas & corn, thawed
- 400grams diced tomatoes
- 1 3/4 cups water, boiling
- 1 cup hot milk

Tasty Tip:For a little twist on your cottage pies just swap the Continental Shepherd’s Pie recipe base mix for 1 sachet Continental Spaghetti Bolognese or Chilli Con Carne recipe base mix.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
Step 2 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes until browned. Stir in thawed frozen vegetables, tomatoes, recipe base mix and ½ cup (125mL) boiling water. Bring to the boil. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and then simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare Cheesy Instant Potato Mash with hot milk and remaining 1 ¼ cups (310ml) boiling water following packet directions.
Step 4 of 4
Divide mince mixture among six 1-cup (250ml) capacity or four 1 ½ cup (375ml) capacity ovenproof dishes. Place dishes onto a large baking tray. Top with mash. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
