- 100grams walnuts, chopped
- 175grams breadcrumbs

Description
This fruit and nut crumble is the perfect autumn dessert.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Tip the chopped apples into a pan with lemon zest, juice of half of the lemon and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes, tip in the blackberries and cook for 4 minutes, until they begin to soften.
Step 2 of 3
Add the chopped walnuts, breadcrumbs, the rest of the sugar and the butter to a food processor and lightly pulse to form a crumb.
Step 3 of 3
Pour the fruit mix into a baking dish, top with the crumble mix and bake for 25 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
