Description
Pear, walnut and naturally sweet cinnamon make this autumnal crumble delicious and warming, with a touch of ginger.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced and lightly grease 4 ramekins with a little butter.
Step 2 of 4
Place the pears, lemon juice and zest, a tablespoon of honey and the cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture between the ramekins and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Add half the oats to a food processor and blitz to a flour consistency. Add the flour, oats and walnuts to a small bowl. Pour over the butter and remaining honey and mix well.
Step 4 of 4
Divide the crumble topping between the ramekins and bake for 25 more minutes, until golden and bubbling. Serve warm.
