- 80grams brown sugar
- 100grams oats
- 70grams white chocolate chips
- 1 pinch bicarbonate soda
- 60grams unsalted butter, room temperature
- 50grams flaked almonds
- 1 egg

Description
The dried apricots add a sweet squeak to these crumbly biscuits.
Method
Step 1 of 7
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
Step 2 of 7
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter with the sugar and crack in the egg to combine fully.
Step 3 of 7
Incrementally add the oats and flour while mixing.
Step 4 of 7
Once its fully combined, mix in the rest of the ingredients and combine. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Step 5 of 7
Now divide the mixture into 10-12 balls and shape into your desired biscuit shape.
Step 6 of 7
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
Step 7 of 7
Allow to cool before serving.
