  • 10grams dark chocolate, finely grated
  • 1 medium orange, zest only
  • 1tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 2tablespoons rice flour, to bind

Method

Step 1 of 6

Cook the rice as per packet instructions and allow to drain and cool fully.

Step 2 of 6

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice with the rest of the ingredients and combine fully.

Step 3 of 6

Divide the mixture into 4 patties and pack together tightly.

Step 4 of 6

Heat up a pan to a medium heat and then add the butter to melt for 30 seconds.

Step 5 of 6

Fry the rice cakes for 6 minutes in total but flipping over after 3 minutes.

Step 6 of 6

Allow the cakes to cool before serving.
