- 2teaspoons cinnamon
- 85grams raisins
- 4tablespoons coconut sugar

Description
This cinnamon and raisin rice pudding is perfect comfort food.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Add the rice, milk and cinnamon to a large, heavy bottomed saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked through. Stir through the honey.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the raisins with 100ml of water and the coconut sugar in a small pan until the raisins are plump and the syrup is bubbling.
Step 3 of 3
Serve the rice pudding with raisins stirred through.
