- 200grams dark chocolate, chopped finely

Description
This rich chocolate and orange rice pudding is a decadent dessert that can be ready in less than an hour.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Add the milk, chocolate and orange zest to a heavy bottomed saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the rice.
Step 2 of 2
Pre-heat the oven to 160°C. Tip the rice mix into a large ovenproof dish and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every so often, until tender and creamy. Serve topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
