Description
This dairy free rice pudding is rich, creamy and delicious with toasted coconut on top.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Add all the ingredients except the coconut flakes to a large, heavy bottomed saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked through.
Step 2 of 2
Top with coconut flakes and serve.
