Description
This luscious and rich tiffin is studded with ginger nut biscuits, dried cranberries and nuts.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Line an 8 inch square baking tin with parchment. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a large bowl in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between.
Step 2 of 2
Stir in the chopped biscuits, dried cranberries and hazelnuts. Pour the mix into the baking tin and place in the fridge for 2 hours to set. Slice into 25 squares and serve.
