- 200grams desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 medium egg, white only
- 1 pinch salt
- 80grams white chocolate

Description
These treats are chewy, moist and indulgent.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Pre-heat the oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Whisk the egg white with the salt until light peaks occur.
Step 2 of 5
Now fold the egg with the coconut and then add the condensed milk.
Step 3 of 5
Prepare a baking tray with some baking paper. Seperate your mixture into about 10 moulds and place on the baking tray to bake for 25 minutes.
Step 4 of 5
Melt the white chocolate using a bain marie or microwave.
Step 5 of 5
Once the cookies are cooked and allowed to cool.... cover with the white chocolate.
