  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2teaspoons Macro Organic cacao powder
  • 3 bananas, halved crossways
  • 15grams strawberry crisps, crushed
  • 2teaspoons unsalted pistachio kernels, roughly chopped

Description

Make eyes pop and mouths water with these refreshing vegan chocolate-coated banana popsicles. Try this recipe for a simple dessert ready in three steps.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute to loosen. Reserve 2 tsp. Add cacao powder to remaining peanut butter, stirring to combine.

Step 2 of 3

Insert popsicle sticks into cut sides of bananas. Hold bananas upside down, then use a metal spoon to coat in peanut butter mixture.

Step 3 of 3

Drizzle reserved peanut butter over 2 bananas, sprinkle strawberry over another 2 bananas and sprinkle pistachio over remaining bananas. Arrange popsicles on a baking paper lined tray and freeze for 2 hours or until firm. Serve.
