Description
Enjoy this creamy ricotta, garlic and herb dip with seasonal raw veggies and crackers, or use it as a sandwich spread or burger topping.
Method
Step 1 of 1
Place basil, coriander and garlic in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add ricotta and process until well combined. Transfer to a small bowl. Fold through yoghurt. Drizzle over oil and season with pepper. Top with extra coriander leaves to serve.
